Space Maki #1. Sushi, anyone?
I was a Sushi Chef for 18 years in Culver, Indiana, starting at City Tavern in 2004 and ending at The Lakehouse Grille in 2022. If you've heard people talk about Sushi Girl in Culver...that's me. I didn't pick that name, I think people just didn't know what to do with a female non-asian sushi chef!
